If you are posting a support query, please include all relevant information with your request such as the site and game type you are playing on, your version of Windows (plus any service packs installed) and any other information that may help us to help you faster and more effectively.
Additionally, you may want check the Help & FAQ pages first before posting your support query as the answer may already be there for you.
Latest Version: Make sure you have the latest Poker-Pa version before contacting us, as often that may be the entire probleml (latest version is: v5.466 - party fixed) Download Latest Version Here!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LICENSING & ACTIVATION QUERIES:
If your original (registered) copy of Poker Pal has been lost - possibly because of a hard drive crash or reformat - please do not forget to include the following with your request for reactivation:
- The *new* demo license number that you need activating
- Your original (registered) license number or the email address you used to register with originally
Please note that the original license number will be deactivated once the new one is activated.
